Wizard of Oz in NYC?

Hello!! Sorry I've been MIA for a while, went to Arizona for my friend, Veronica's wedding and it was amazing! She was hands down one the most beautiful bride I've ever seen, no favors here because she is a good friend of mine.. I'm not bias like that :P You can judge for yourself...


But what a huge difference in the weather! It was close to 100 degrees in Phoeniz and i'm staring outside the shop now and I see signs moving, garbage flying around and scarves in people's face! What the heck?? I must say, although NYC has the most "schizophrenic" weather (NY was hailing while I was suntanning outside Veronica's backyard), I must say, there is absolutely no place like home, New York City... It's truly a remarkable city and "if you can make it here, you can make it anywhere.."



New York is definitely not a city for just anyone, it's like.. Uni (sea urchin), it's an acquired taste and once you "get it" you'll just "love it".. Being in Arizona (not my first time, probably my 5th or 6th visit), I enjoyed every moment of it (always). But whenever I get home, I have this sense of relief, comfort, something that tell me, "it's alright... because you are home... home sweet home.."

We loveeeeeeeeeee accessories here at PPF, can't you tell? Or really, we're just too lazy too take pictures of the clothes, they just don't look right on our mannequins :(

Love this bag, it's actually a more rich color, more burgundy than anything, looks brown-ish here.

P.S. I said I will be good and start posting PPF's "Item of the day" more regularly and I just wanted to say that yesterday's absence was not my fault! The storm from two weeks ago knocked down our phone line and Verizon either need to hire more people or they need to get their #$@%$%^& together because it has been two weeks (plus) and my phone is still down. Yesterday was the hell of all hell, NO INTERNET! Feel my pain? Try spending a day in a shop by yourself with no internet or phone, tell me how sane you will be? THANK GOD for Hello Kitty's Jelly Belly, definitely made my day go by faster. SUGAR HIGH!

I've always been a facebook user, I can't live without my blackberry and when I leave it somewhere (in the car) or go anywhere without reception (cabin deep in the mountains for snowboarding or in the Hamptons), I swear I have the "jitters", it's like I can't sleep without texting or updating my facebook "I'm going to bed".. HAHAHAHA.. So, why not put PPF and my other favorite past time together? It's so nice to be able to share with all my friends and customers what are my favorite items in the store for the day.
